Jessica Singh, MD
Jessica Singh, MD, is the founder of the Center for Health and Wellness Coaches and a former emergency medicine physician. Her pursuit of well-being intensified during her residency at Yale, as she sought to heal from burnout. That experience led her to learn about yoga, Ayurveda, mind-body medicine, and coaching.
Dr. Singh completed a one-year fellowship in Physician Wellness through Stanford University's Department of Emergency Medicine. Afterward, she transitioned careers to help individuals, organizations, and communities enhance health and well-being.
Dr. Singh is a trauma-informed physician coach certified by NBHWC and ICF. She founded the Center for Health and Wellness Coaches to provide evidence-based resources and cultivate community.
Dr. Singh is an adjunct and lead faculty member for NYU’s School of Professional Studies’ Health and Well-Being Coaching Certificate. She developed this NBHWC-approved program.
